Confluent is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Kafka Connect team to drive the Enterprise feature portfolio and enable seamless, enterprise-grade integration between Kafka and external systems. You will support on-premise deployments and managed services in Confluent Cloud, and apply AI/ML capabilities to your features.
You will work with field teams on GTM initiatives and be a focal point for customer success, translating needs into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
