Aura One is seeking a Remote Self-Harm Safety Red Team Specialist to stress-test AI systems against adversarial prompts as part of a CONTRACTOR engagement. You’ll design attack scenarios, document failures with rigor, and tie each jailbreak to the violated rubric so patches can be implemented effectively.
You will work asynchronously, around 10+ hours weekly, with a focus on policy taxonomy, prompt-injection, and safety testing across single- and multi-turn conversations.
