Drive and optimise business performance through strategic business planning, process improvement, cost analysis and modelling through collaboration with Sales Manging Executives to enhance overall organisational efficiency and effectiveness

• Generate actionable insights from pipeline, customer, and market data to drive annuity revenue growth and inform sales strategy.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline hygiene to improve visibility, conversion, and forecast reliability.
• Design and manage sales KPIs, dashboards, and reporting with clear performance insights and corrective actions.
• Enable cross-functional deal execution by coordinating approvals, pricing, and contract readiness to accelerate closures.
• Drive process improvements that reduce cycle time, remove bottlenecks, and increase win rates.
• Lead business case development and provide pricing, cost, and profitability analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Produce executive-level reporting and insights to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Improve sales productivity through tools, frameworks, and enablement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards while proactively identifying and mitigating pipeline risks.
• Support capability development through training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing to enhance sales effectiveness.

Job Match

Three-year degree (NQF
7) in Business Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

An MBA or other Leadership Development Programme would be an added advantage.

• Minimum of eight years in business/financial support and cost modelling experience, of which three years on management/senior specialist level.

Or

• Minimum of ten years in business/financial support and cost modelling experience, of which five years on management/senior specialist level.

Span of Control = 1-5

Level of Engagement = Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business
