Description:

Summary of the project/initiative:

• The MALTSS Engagement establishes is the vendor to Mass Health.
• Services the LTSS Provider network and effectively runs all aspects of provider operations.
• Set up by workstream to align with key Mass Health operations: program integrity, Provider network, Clinical and prior authorization, Reporting and analytics.

Ideal candidate background:

• Ideal candidate has LTSS or Medicaid provider operations experience as a business analyst or project manager who is process oriented, thorough and detail minded.
• Highly analytic mind with organization skills who asks questions and works through processes with rigor.
• Knowledgeable of MS suite of tools to help in organization and efficiency (Outlook, One Note, excel, etc)

Team structure:

• MALTSS work streams:
  Program Integrity, Provider Network, Clinical and Prior Authorization, Reporting and Analytics, Tech Team.
• The PMO staff work across workstream to executing a multitude of operations projects under direction of PMO lead staff.

• 5 years experience as business analyst/project manager Project tracking and status reports, to include actions required and workflows involved.
