We are seeking a dedicated intern to assist our Procurement team in managing essential tasks. As an intern, you will contribute to a balanced and productive work environment.

This is a full-time internship for 6 months to begin with. Your would be required to work from our Pune office.

• Assist in record-keeping for procurement processes.
• Support the team in managing and organizing procurement-related documents.
• Help with basic research and analysis for procurement decisions.
• Liaise with business teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Provide administrative support for the Procurement department.
• Assist in creating and maintaining procurement-related reports and dashboards. Enhancing the reporting with the help of Ariba.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Handle basic procurement inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Preference is for an Engineer with MBA ('24-'26 batch).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
