Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst focused on billing. High school diploma or GED is required. Availability to work 100% on-site in Warren, NJ.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support business operations. Perform quantitative and qualitative research to improve billing timeliness and accuracy and to support small to medium projects. Assist with process design and modifications for continuous improvement. Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve billing concerns and manage collections. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
