** Qualifications*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulated healthcare, payer strategy, pharmacy benefit management, consulting, or a related field

+ Deep expertise in Medicaid and Marketplace, including regulatory frameworks, policy dynamics, and client strategy

+ Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results in complex, matrixed environments

+ Strong ability to interpret regulations and translate them into clear business and client strategies

+ Demonstrated experience building trusted executive relationships and influencing outcomes at a senior level

+ Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to move ideas into action

+ Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree (business, healthcare, public policy, or related field)

+ Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or MPH

+ Experience supporting Medicaid and Marketplace growth, RFPs, or expansion strategies

+ Strong financial and market acumen, with the ability to assess competition and prioritize investments

+ Experience representing the voice of the client in enterprise-level decision-making

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 165, USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
