* Engage prospective clinical partners to validate capacity assumptions, understand site constraints, and identify opportunities to expand placement availability.

* Identify risks related to limited specialty access (e.g., OB, peds, behavioral health) and develop mitigation strategies, including targeted partnership development, to inform go/no-go decisions.

* Deliver structured clinical feasibility assessments and market insights to senior leadership to support market selection, prioritization, and expansion planning.

* Advise senior leadership on growth opportunities and constraints based on clinical capacity, partner landscape, and overall market conditions.

Clinical Relationship Development & Capacity Strategy

* Assess and validate clinical capacity (slots, specialties, scheduling constraints) in partnership with clinical sites to inform enrollment projections, campus sizing, and program mix.

* Collaborate with internal clinical operations teams to transition secured partnerships and capacity into execution, ensuring alignment with cohort planning and start cadence.

* Provide market-level insights on clinical availability, risks, and opportunities to inform expansion strategy and prioritization.

* Travel regularly within assigned markets to meet with clinical partners in person, fostering trust and strengthening relationships that support long-term collaboration and capacity growth.
