We provide a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform specifically designed for the event planning sector, connecting organizers with top-tier vendors and streamlining the entire project management lifecycle. We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Intern to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) team in scaling our footprint across the region.

The RoleAs a Go-To-Market Intern, you will work closely with the Strategic Partnerships and Market Operations team. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be actively building the lead pipeline, onboarding partners, and ensuring our marketplace operations run smoothly.
What You Will DoMarket Intelligence:
Assist in researching potential business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads.Onboarding Excellence:
Help onboard new vendors and service providers onto the Planit platform, ensuring they understand our SaaS tools. This includes helping vendors set up their professional profiles to go live.Sales Enablement:
Prepare high-impact pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners and corporate clients.Market Analysis:
Conduct market analysis to identify the latest trends in the event planning landscape and uncover potential growth areas for our SaaS offerings.Operational Support:
Assist in managing essential administrative tasks, including contracts and invoices related to marketplace merchants.Special Projects:
Support various vertical-related projects, contributing to project planning, execution, and post-project reporting/analysis.Performance Tracking:
Use reporting and analytics tools to track the performance of ongoing partnerships.

Onboarding Targets:
The primary metric for success is the number of vendors and service providers successfully onboarded onto the Planit platform compared to your monthly and quarterly targets.Pipeline Conversion:
Your effectiveness in moving leads through the funnel, from initial market research and lead prioritization to a fully live, professional profile on our SaaS platform.Onboarding Excellence:
The quality and completeness of partner setups, ensuring new vendors understand our SaaS tools and are ready to receive project requests immediately upon going live.Reporting Accuracy:
Your ability to use analytics tools to track and report on partnership performance, ensuring data-driven insights are shared with the Strategic Partnerships and Market Operations team
You are either currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or you possess equivalent practical experience in similar roles. We also encourage candidates with a strong interest in learning to apply, even if they are not currently pursuing a degree in a related field, as long as you are keen to learn the ropes of a high-growth SaaS startup.

Strong communication skills with the ability to create polished presentation decks.
Highly organized and capable of handling administrative tasks with precision.
Eligibility:
Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs). We cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position.Can complete the full duration of the internship: 3 Months
This is a remote position that requires one on-site meeting per week.
