Surf, Snow and Lifestyle.

Role Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of TRIFECTA’s surf, snow, and skate infrastructure, as well as common areas and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Singapore, with on-site presence required for facility oversight and some flexibility for work-from-home on planning and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising technicians and vendors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment for board sports and supporting amenities are functioning optimally.

The Facilities Manager will implement safety standards, monitor compliance with local regulations, manage budgets for maintenance and utilities, and maintain accurate records of inspections and servicing. The role also involves collaborating with operations, events, and guest services teams to support smooth daily operations and an exceptional visitor experience.

• Build and run the asset register and preventive maintenance calendar for all three arenas and building systems.
• Schedule maintenance windows with BU heads to protect peak revenue hours.
• Own spares planning and downtime response; track and report arena uptime monthly.
• Manage OEM relationships (Citywave, simulator manufacturer) and specialist maintenance contracts: SLAs, response times, costs.
• Run vendor selection per the vendor SOP; no auto-renewals above threshold.

• Own M&E, water treatment (pool chemistry and filtration), HVAC and utilities management, including cost optimisation.
• Manage renovation snags and rectification works to closure.

• Own safety SOPs, incident logging and investigation, first-aid readiness and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain WSH compliance and all licences, permits and clearances — current, documented, audit-ready and transferable.
• Hold stop-work authority: safety overrides any revenue argument, jointly with the on-shift MOD.

• Own the maintenance budget and minor capex planning; spend within delegated limits per the decision framework.

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or an equivalent trade qualification with demonstrable M&E plant experience.
• 5+ years maintaining operating plant and equipment — pumps, motors, drives, water systems, HVAC — in attractions, aquatics, hotels or industrial facilities.
• WSH/bizSAFE certification or immediate willingness to obtain.
• Facilities operations and maintenance skills, including planning preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and overseeing building systems.
• Vendor and contractor management capabilities, with experience negotiating service contracts and supervising external partners on-site.
• Health, safety, and regulatory compliance knowledge, including risk assessments, incident reporting, and adherence to local building and safety codes.
• Budgeting and resource management skills, such as tracking maintenance costs, managing inventories, and optimizing facility-related expenditures.
• Team leadership and communication abilities to guide technical staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide clear updates to management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues in a dynamic leisure or sports environment.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software and basic office productivity tools for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or sports/recreation venues; experience with complex mechanical systems or water features is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required to support operations and events.
