University of Rochester seeks a Lead Org Change Analyst to drive people-focused change across projects. You will design and execute change management plans, work with stakeholders, leaders, and teams to maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and roles.
The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in organizational change management; a master's is preferred. Prosci certification is a plus, and experience in higher education or large complex environments is desired.
