Process Improvement Analyst at Baires DevAs a Process Improvement Analyst, you will lead the design and optimization of operational workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights to transform complex business processes into streamlined, automated systems that drive measurable performance gains across diverse functional teams.
What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement automated solutions using advanced spreadsheet functions and data manipulation techniques.
- Define and monitor key operational metrics to evaluate the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with TA Ops, Finance, and Operations teams to design tailored workflows that align with specific business objectives.
- Integrate AI-driven efficiencies and prompt engineering into standard operating procedures to maximize productivity.
- Produce detailed documentation and reporting to communicate process health and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Hands‑on experience with operational process design, specifically within TA Ops, Finance, or Operations teams.
- Familiarity with AI and prompt engineering to drive efficiency in operational workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
