As an Associate at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.

Areas of Work:
Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above) Demand Forecasting Distribution requirements planning Rough cut capacity planning Inventory Management SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution E2E Planning Transformation Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2

Open, Oracle EPM, etc.) Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC. Fluent in English. MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience, other relevant Master's degrees will be considered. Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus.

Candidates without an MBA will also be considered for the role. Such candidates will be eligible for a base salary of $157,000. Under exceptional circumstances, candidates without an MBA may be considered for a base salary of $188,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role.

Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
