Title Examiner - US Based Remote

* Compass Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team in order to support our Colorado brands. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced title examiner.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Conduct initial search and exam work.

+ Calculate rates accurately for various title products.

+ Provide exceptional support and service for title requests and revisions.

+ Assist in policy issuance and post-closing requests, as needed.

** Necessary

Qualifications:

*
* + Colorado Title Producers License.

+ Proficiency in understanding underwriter rate manuals to apply appropriate rates.

+ Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations.

+ Proven experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service.

+ Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms for title searches.

* + Familiarity with Qualia production system and SKLD / Title Data plants and searching processes.

+ Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.

+ Ability to adapt to change.
