AI Product Manager

We're hiring an AI Product Manager to own key product areas at a rapidly growing consumer social platform that's redefining interactive content. You'll report directly to the CEO and drive product strategy for a platform already serving over 1M monthly active users. This is a PM-driven organization where product managers own product direction-not just coordinate. We're looking for someone who is deeply AI-native and comfortable shipping consumer products at scale.

What You'll Do

• Own your own OKRs across growth, creation, sharing, retention, or engagement-with full autonomy to decide product direction
• Collect user feedback, form hypotheses, and rapidly iterate on the product using data from Amplitude and Big Query
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) daily to build demos, run SQL queries, perform data analysis, and accelerate your entire PM workflow
• Work closely with engineers and ML teams to ship features fast-deeply involved in technical discussions, not just communications
• Conduct user interviews and independently analyze funnels, retention, and engagement metrics to validate hypotheses

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of PM experience shipping consumer products at scale
• Fluent in Mandarin (required-our team operates across Pacific and China time zones)
• AI-native mindset: comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build demos and run analysis independently
• Data-driven approach to product decisions
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort with ambiguity
