We are looking for a proactive professional who seamlessly bridges operational excellence with business development- streamlining workflows in the following regions EEA, APAC and CE-3, fostering strategic partnerships and empowering our sales teams to hit ambitious targets.

Expand Strategic Partnerships
:
Collaborate with key agencies and integrators across NL, DE, and PL to successfully onboard top merchants.

Empower Sales Operations
:
Facilitate day-to-day operational execution for KAMs/PSAs
, co-manage merchant incentive programs, and ensure full CRM adoption & reporting in the following regions;
EEA, APAC and CE-3.

Drive Process Excellence
:
Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and independently lead process optimization and automation initiatives (OpEx).

Act as a Cross-Functional SPOC
:
Connect the dots with Marketing, Ads, Campaigns, Analytics, and Category teams to unlock new GMV growth enablers.

You have a solid understanding of the E-commerce

You have a proven track record in stakeholder management

• You are fluent in both Polish and English
  , German will be a plus.

• Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
