We aim to provide the best possible procurement experience dedicated to the specific needs of business customers. We are shaping the future of B2B e-commerce by connecting companies and industries with merchants and products in all categories relevant to businesses.
We are currently looking for a Manager, B2B Supply Quality to lead the team and own the commercial value proposition for business customers. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for product selection, base price competitiveness, and discount mechanics, ensuring Allegro Business becomes the default one-stop-shop for business buyers.
You will operate in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across Category Management, Partner Management, Pricing and Selection monitoring, Analytics and other teams with the goal of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the B2B Supply Quality team that owns the Commercial Value Proposition Strategy (Selection & Prices) - ensuring relevance, competitiveness and scalability of our offerings
  • Build a highly effective team that works effectively across the organization, while delivering on the high expectations and execution roadmap that you defined
  • Define and drive the B2B discount strategy, discount mechanics, discount thresholds and overall pricing logic
  • Secure product selection relevance for business buyers by: defining selection priorities across categories, identifying gaps vs. competitors, driving execution through Category Management and Partner Management
  • Ensure base price superiority for B2B-relevant products by: establishing price benchmarking frameworks, driving price monitoring systems and tooling, influencing pricing interventions across the marketplace
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across:
    • Category Management
    • Partner Management
    • Selection & Price Monitoring
    • Pricing Tools
  • Structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategic priorities and execution roadmaps
  • Define and track key KPIs for selection quality, price competitiveness, and discount effectiveness
  • Act as the senior advocate for business customers, ensuring their needs are reflected in supply, pricing, and discount decisions.
This is the right job for you if you have:
  • 1-2 years+ of people leadership experience, with proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen:
    • understanding of pricing and assortment strategies in e-commerce
    • ability to translate commercial levers into business impact
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to define, interpret and use key metrics for decision making
  • Proven ability to operate in complex environments while managing uncertainty
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization, with and without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking:
    • ability to define long-term direction while driving short-term execution
    • clear understanding of market dynamics, competitor behavior, and customer needs
  • Strong leadership skills:
    • ability to align multiple teams around a shared goal
    • ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of independence and bias for action
  • English proficiency at B2+ (strong) or C1 level
