GoTymeX, the product, technology and data analytics hub of GoTyme Group, seeks a senior Product Manager to own Service Interactions across GoTyme Bank (PH) and Tyme Bank (SA). You will shape the self‑service and AI‑assisted experiences across multiple servicing channels, balancing business outcomes with customer delight.
You'll collaborate with design, engineering and operations to define roadmaps, lead agile ceremonies, and measure CSAT, NPS and cost-to-serve.
