In this position, you’ll be based in any of the above offices for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honored if you are successful in your application, provided that:

As a Senior Business Analyst
, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, improving processes, and delivering solutions that create measurable value. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, you will conduct complex analysis, translate business needs into clear requirements, and help shape outcomes across the organization. • Work as a senior‑level Business Analyst within global, cross‑cultural organizations, applying a broad range of business analysis tools, techniques, frameworks, and Agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Provide domain expertise across banking operations, including asset servicing, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, regulated environments, and, where applicable, equity compensation, ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while tailoring communication to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Support process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for enhancement and guide the development of future‑state solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Technology and Implementation teams, applying technical understanding to support both strategic and tactical solutions.
• Support successful project delivery in complex environments, using effective governance, stakeholder collaboration, and communication practices to maintain alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar role, applying a broad range of business analysis tools, techniques, frameworks, and Agile methodologies within complex environments.
• Experience working in global, cross‑cultural organizations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
• Knowledge of banking operations, including asset servicing, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, regulated environments, and ideally equity compensation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, along with experience in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Technical awareness and the ability to work closely with implementation teams, Product Managers, Architects, and Technology teams to support strategic and tactical solutions, backed by a record of successful project delivery.
