Absence Soft is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design, develop, and execute programs that help GTM teams sell, onboard, train, and execute with consistency. You will own core enablement content, new-hire training, and Highspot as the single system for sales content, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.
This senior IC role will build the enablement function from the ground up and may evolve into a leadership position as the function grows.
