Technical Product Manager

Peer Source is currently recruiting for a Technical Product Manager on a Contract (potential Contract-to-Hire
) basis. This role is a hybrid remote based out of Loveland, CO. Full benefits are offered during the contract period. No third parties.

Summary

We are seeking a strategic Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of an established digital platform in the healthcare sector. This role will define product vision, drive innovation, and partner closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize the platform and deliver an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate excels at understanding customer workflows, translating business needs into actionable product requirements, and guiding products from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a digital B2B SaaS platform, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
• Lead product discovery by engaging directly with customers, observing workflows, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Translate customer insights and business objectives into clear product requirements, partnering with Technical Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive products through the full lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Define and measure key product metrics related to customer adoption, satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Partner with internal innovation teams, including AI-focused teams, to evaluate and integrate new capabilities into the product roadmap when appropriate.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in technical product management, digital product management, and software development.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, leading product discovery, and translating customer needs into well-defined business requirements.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and partnering closely with engineering teams and Technical Product Owners to deliver digital products. Coding experience is not required.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, integrations, user experience principles, and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influence cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize competing initiatives, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with in any of the following is preferred:
  Healthcare, medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, PACS, laboratory systems, Point-of-Care products, practice information management systems, integrated digital platforms, or global organizations.
