Remote Regional Healthcare Senior Finance Manager - Texas Oncology Dallas Region

The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Regional Healthcare Senior Finance Manager for the Texas Oncology Dallas Region to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, partner closely with senior leadership, and drive meaningful business impact in a complex healthcare environment. Must currently reside in Texas, specifically in the Texas Oncology Dallas Region or willing to relocate there prior to start date.

Sites Include:
Dallas Medical City, Mesquite, Rockwall, Presbyterian Market, Sammons, Texas Imaging & Infusion, Plano East and Plano West.

Travel:
This position is fully remote with up to 25% travel for key meetings.

What does the Regional Senior Finance Manager do?

The Regional Senior Finance Manager is a key finance partner supporting the Division Finance Director and practice leadership across a Texas Oncology region. This role combines hands-on operational finance with strong analytical capabilities, delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and disciplined execution to improve financial performance at the practice level. The Senior Finance Manager collaborates closely with Operations, Controllers, and physician/practice leaders to support budgeting and forecasting, provide meaningful variance analysis, and ensure consistent application of financial processes and controls.

This role plays a critical part in advancing growth, efficiency, and performance goals aligned with the long-range plan. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for practice and regional leadership.
  • Support annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles; coordinate inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain driver-based financial models.
  • Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations; proactively identify and escalate risks and opportunities to the Division Finance Director.
  • Partner with physician and practice leaders to review financial results, productivity trends, and cost drivers.
  • Prepare and present financial materials for practice operations, physician meetings, and board discussions.
  • Serve as the finance liaison and voice for the region, providing responsive, accurate, and customer-focused support for ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs), including volume, revenue yield, payor mix/discounts, expense run rates, and working capital metrics.
