Pay Rate: $30.00 – $32.00 an hour

Shift: In-office 4 days per week, 1 day (Friday) work-from-home, and 2-5 days per week at the Nissan Training Center in Franklin, TN, due to training events and setup days. Monthly conference calls with INFINITI Global Training/Japan occur between 5:30pm – 6:30pm CST.

What’s a typical day as INFINITI Training Planner? You’ll be:

• Providing comprehensive support for the INFINITI Training department, including management reporting, executive presentations, event planning, and regional communications.
• Serving as the on-site contact for training events at the Nissan Training Center and corporate HQ, ensuring smooth operations and vendor coordination.
• Creating and maintaining monthly executive reports, tracking training activities, and managing communications with internal teams and external vendors.
• Leading and participating in content development reviews, compiling and sharing feedback, and supporting the development of training materials.
• Managing logistics for training events and vehicle fleet coordination.
• Supporting the manager with executive-level presentations and maintaining project trackers.
• Facilitating and capturing minutes for recurring meetings and calls with stakeholders.
• Conducting data analysis and preparing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in training operations.

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel (including importing data, graphing, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (importing data/graphs, creating dynamic slides).
• Have excellent project management, organizational, and process improvement abilities.
• Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Bring strong interest in the automotive business, technology, and training environments.
• Can interpret and analyze data effectively to drive decisions.
• Have experience collaborating cross-functionally and building professional relationships.
• Are willing to travel occasionally for training observation and support.
• Preferred:
  Experience in a training setting and communicating with automotive dealership personnel.
