Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) is seeking a Compliance Manager in Seattle to oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and policy development for LIHI properties. You will supervise staff across compliance functions, coordinate with Area Managers, and ensure adherence to tax credit, HUD, HOME, HTF, and other funder requirements.
The role involves onsite and some remote work, collaboration with the Finance Department, and leadership across multiple LIHI properties.
