The Manager, Finance & Mp&a is responsible for leading financial planning, performance analysis, and promotional strategy across Stores, Digital, and Omnichannel businesses. Partner closely with Mp&a, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive sales, margin, inventory, and profitability outcomes through data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

• Financial Planning & Performance Management
• Lead sales, margin, and profitability planning processes across Stores, Digital, Bop Is, and Direct channels.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive reporting, business updates, earnings support materials, and performance recaps.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and profitability analyses to support leadership priorities.
• Promotional Strategy & Analytics
• Lead enterprise promotional planning, evaluation, and financial analysis across domestic channels.
• Provide recommendations on promotional investments, pricing strategies, and sales-driving initiatives.
• Develop and monitor promotional scorecards, performance metrics, and post-event analyses.
• Support test-and-learn programs by evaluating business cases, measuring results, and identifying opportunities for scale.
• Partner with business leaders to optimize promotional effectiveness while balancing sales, margin, and inventory objectives.
• Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with Mp&a, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align business strategies and financial goals.
• Provide financial guidance for key initiatives, channel strategies, customer programs, and seasonal plans.
• Support decision-making through trend analysis, business insights, and scenario modeling.
• Reporting & Business Insights
• Manage recurring reporting, forecasting updates, and executive presentations.
• Deliver trend analysis and business performance insights that influence strategic direction.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Progressive experience in Fpa, retail finance, Mp&a, or business strategy.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
