About the opportunity
XPI Corp is seeking a highly capable Industrial & Systems Engineer to work directly with the President across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
This is not a traditional manufacturing-based engineering role. The successful candidate will help design, improve, and implement the systems, processes, and operating disciplines that enable multiple businesses to perform more effectively.
The role would suit a recent Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and energized by solving complex operational problems. Previous professional experience is not essential. The ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and turn ambiguity into practical action is far more important.
The roleYou will examine how work is performed across different companies, identify where time, money, information, or effort is being lost, and develop practical systems that improve efficiency, communication, and execution.
Working closely with the President, you will move between strategic analysis and hands-on implementation. One assignment may involve redesigning a workflow or building a performance dashboard, while another may require visiting an operation, interviewing employees, or resolving a breakdown between departments. The role requires someone who does not stop at identifying a problem. You will be expected to find a solution, implement it, and confirm that it is delivering the intended result.
