For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager SAP Business Process Order Management O2c (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation$132,400 – $251,600 annually
Responsibilities- Drive business processes for the Opportunity to Cash workstream
- Partner with Digital and business units to implement SAP and enhance process optimization
- Collaborate with workstream leads to analyze blueprinting recommendations
- Maintain Business Process Hierarchy and project plans
- Lead planning activities to establish project scope and resources
- Execute blueprinting activities including global process design and testing
- Work with integrators to coordinate project phases and activities
- University Degree with 10 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience or 14 years relevant experience without degree
- Experience in large-scale SAP system implementations
- Familiarity with quote/order management, customer management, and order pricing
- Proven communication skills with executives and ability to influence new practices
