Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and monitor our commercial organization's daily data. This role will be instrumental in the hands-on execution of revenue operations by unlocking insights in our data and translating the metrics our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams generate every day into clear and actionable signals.
The Revenue Operations Analyst keeps front-line sellers and sales leaders equipped with accurate, timely information. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and a curious problem-solver, energized by turning messy data and manual processes into insights to drive decision-making and into dependable, repeatable operations.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and Analytics.
Preferred LocationFor this remote position, candidates must be based in the United States Eastern time zone or willing to work Eastern time zone hours to support the needs of the business.
Travel RequirementsExpected travel is less than 5% of the time but may occasionally be required for team meetings.

- Maintain data quality and hygiene across Salesforce (SFDC) and connected systems - including deduplication, field standardization, and enforcement of data-entry conventions - so that downstream reporting and analysis can be trusted
- Operate and monitor the lead and opportunity routing engine, ensuring records are assigned to the right teams and territories accurately and on time
- Assemble and validate pipeline and bookings data that feed revenue forecasting, partnering with internal stakeholders on any underlying model assumptions
- Field day-to-day, ad hoc data requests from SDRs, AEs, and front-line sales managers, and develop self-serve resources that reduce one-off asks over time
- Provide light support and configuration for the GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, and connected tools), with the right judgment to triage issues for the appropriate internal owner or vendor
- Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures with tight change management and version control
- Reconcile reporting discrepancies across systems and elevate root-cause issues that require process or systems changes
- Conduct detailed, time-sensitive operational work under general supervision, exercising sound judgment on day-to-day prioritization
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (mathematics, economics, finance, business, etc.) or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge And Skills- 2-4 years in revenue/sales operations, sales analytics, or a CRM-centric analyst role
- Hands-on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Quick Sight, or similar)
- Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
- Comfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demands
- Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Cowork using advanced Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ object and reporting schema
- Familiarity with lead routing, territory management, or sales engagement tooling
