Position: Brex GTM Engineering Manager Role
Take charge as the GTM Engineering Manager at Brex in our Vancouver office. Enhance marketing and sales funnels through innovative engineering and AI strategies.
As a key leader, you will oversee engineering initiatives aimed at optimizing Brex’s growth engines, including marketing websites and applications. Providing hands-on guidance, you will mentor a team of product engineers while ensuring the execution of high-impact projects. The role is hybrid, supporting in-office collaboration with remote working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-performing engineering teams and promote growth

• Develop technical roadmaps for marketing and sales solutions

• Integrate AI for optimizing operational workflows

• Support engineers through technical problem-solving

• Act as a liaison for prioritizing engineering efforts with stakeholders
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

• 6+ years in software engineering roles

• 3+ years managing engineers in growth settings

• Proficient in frontend, data, and backend technologies

• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
