Agent Careers is seeking an Executive Assistant / Strategic Operations Lead to partner with a leadership team driving two core businesses. This is not a traditional admin role: you will protect leaders’ time, drive operational rhythm, and advance a clear 12‑month path to grow into a Chief of Staff position as the business scales.
You will manage calendars and inboxes, coordinate cross‑functional work, own special projects (including AI-enabled initiatives), and help define North Star KPIs.
