Staff Product Manager (Open to Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision‑making.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and elevating capabilities.
• Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
• Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff‑level role.
• Expertise:
  Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
• Collaboration:
  
  Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Technical Background:
  Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
• Leadership:
  Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, strategic thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Tools:
  Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Dallas, TX or Remote U.S. excluding AK, DE, RI, VT, WY.

Moderate noise (business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to work in a confined area. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary. The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone. Specific vision abilities are required due to computer work.

Light to moderate lifting is required. Regular, predictable attendance is required.
