Under the direction of the Manager, Distribution, the VAS Coordinator will work with multiple departments within e.l.f. Beauty, e.l.f. Beauty's third-party logistics (3PL) providers, vendors, and customers by managing our Value-Added Service (VAS) Programs. The coordinator will work most closely with, but not limited to, all operations and sales departments. The VAS Coordinator will perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Manage Merchandise and VAS Program.
• Assign, develop, and monitor program information with internal and external customers.
• Monitor availability of product and component inventory.
• Coordinate program timing with 3PL and ensure programs are executed on time.
• Prepare and provide reporting for VAS readiness, completion, execution, and residual inventory.
• Create and manage yearly VAS Budget, including monthly budget forecast.
• Execute leadership / interdepartmental requests for product, VAS supplies, or other as needed.
• Generate, distribute, and monitor all work orders / work instructions.

• Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks based on department goals.
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills needed to work with teams both within the US and Internationally.
• Ability to make recommendations that continuously improve policies and procedures
• Proficient in Excel, proficiency in Net Suite preferred.
• College degree with 3-5 years of work experience of listed responsibilities is preferred. Additional work experience may be substituted for college degree.
• Must be self-motivated, highly detailed oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel to vendor locations within North America.
• This is an on-site position located in Ontario, California.

The base salary range for this roleislisted above.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.

The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
