Santander is seeking a Dealer Collections Representative (100% Remote) in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound dealer communications about balances, billing discrepancies, payments, refunds, and settlements, coordinating with Payments, Dealer Management, and Titles teams.
The role requires 1–3 years in auto finance or dealer services, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred.
