Project Manager (Industrial Plastics/HDPE)

Location:

La Porte, TX. Remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates who live outside the local commuting area.

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
• Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project.
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan.

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred.
• Knowledge of Industrial Plastics materials and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on quality output.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate several major activities simultaneously.
• Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization.
• Team player with aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

• $4,500.00 – $9,716.30 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles) – estimated ranges displayed.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
• Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
