Job Summary
The mission of Xenon arc’s Project Management Office (PMO) is to identify and define the most impactful cross-functional priorities for the company, then facilitate the alignment, resourcing and communication needed to unlock Xa’s full potential. Therefore, the BD Project Manager is a critical role in ensuring that all projects are completed on-time, within budget, and with high quality deliverables. With an emphasis on customer service, supply chain planning, commercial sales and finance, this person will be an expert in all company processes and work cross-functionally to eliminate redundancies, reduce execution steps, and enable automation that streamlines workflows both digitally and physically.

- Act as project lead on a defined set of projects each quarter; clarify scope, success metrics, deliverables, key stakeholders, timeline and budget
- Lead Client XTPR launch process, define stakeholders, work cross functionally to implement launch plan. Ensure timelines and smooth execution of new product launches, SKU setup, etc.
- Define project plans and document progress, including resource planning, delegation, dependency and risk management
- Own cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication; make data-backed recommendations and enable quick and optimal decision making
- Be an expert of all processes, obsessed with documentation and organizing easy to follow SOP’s and work instructions
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks, help prioritize which ones to address based on business impact
- Explore and build solutions via enhancements to process or technology, understand and address all upstream and downstream impacts and implications
- Standardize processes then work with technology team to automate as much as possible; scaling volume growth faster than headcount
- Measure team operational performance and impact of operational enhancements
- Draft business requirements for all tech enhancements and partner with the tech team to refine solutions
- Lead change management through the rollout of new processes and technology- run UAT, document flowcharts & SOP’s, train the team, monitor and motivate adoption by end users
- Own the constant evolution of processes and technology; the opportunities never end!
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent applicable experience
- Detail-oriented and process-minded
- Analytical and data-obsessed
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management
- Organization and prioritization
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- PMP Certificate and experience in a project management or operations consultant role
- Familiarity using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like D365
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in operations or similar roles
Location & Commitments
- Full-time, permanent
- Hybrid Position
- Report to office HQ in Bellevue, Washington 4 days a week, 1 day work from home
Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to operate a computer
Travel Required
- Minimal (up to 10%)
