Employee Services Coordinator

As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self‑starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Part‑Time schedule required:
Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm EST Flexibility to increase to 40 hours/week during peak season

• Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
• Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
• Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
• Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
• CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.

• A minimum 2 years of customer service.
• Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.
• High level of computer proficiency is essential.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and highly dynamic environment.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
