Remote Enterprise Agreement Analyst Needed

Join Esri Canada as an Enterprise Agreement Sales Support Analyst, providing crucial support to improve sales processes and analytics from anywhere in Canada. This full-time remote role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and operational support.

This role involves enhancing the management of Enterprise Agreements (EAs) within the Bids & Proposals Department. You will partner with various stakeholders, develop analytical tools, and conduct comprehensive analyses that influence sales strategies. Heavy focus will be placed on improving EA processes and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage EA activities and validation

• Assist in structuring and negotiating EAs with sales teams

• Create and maintain EA dashboards for insights

• Analyze licensing utilization and financial trends

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business, finance, or GIS

• 5+ years of experience in sales support

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel

• Strong experience with Salesforce

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
