A leading global biotechnology innovator is seeking a consultative partner to lead print, fulfillment, and resource management strategies across premier brand portfolios. In this high-visibility role, you will integrate cross-functional workflows, manage vendor performance, and direct high-impact operational budgets to elevate business performance. Responsibilities:

Direct end-to-end print and fulfillment operations to optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets and ensure full SLA compliance.

Architect real-time operational dashboards and data-driven reporting metrics to guide executive decision-making and continuous process optimization.

Spearhead cross-functional integration with Veeva Promo Mat systems to streamline campaign asset distribution and resource lifecycle management.

Lead procurement specialists and external vendor partners in quarterly reviews to cultivate high-value strategic execution and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of strategic experience managing complex print procurement, fulfillment vendor operations, and inventory systems.

Specialized expertise with Veeva Promo Mat platforms, digital asset management (DAM) solutions, and commercial compliance workflows.

Proven track record of auditing resource utilization, forecasting annual spend, and driving data-driven process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Operations, Business Administration, or related discipline with exceptional cross-functional leadership capabilities.
