HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Specialist to support the development of product strategy and investment recommendations across the Mission Technologies division. This role will directly report to the Director of Product Strategy as the second hire in Mission Technologies’ new Product Strategy function. Working at the intersection of engineering, product management, sales, and executive leadership, you will translate warfighter needs, mission gaps, and acquisition signals into clear product concepts and investment‑ready business cases.

You will co‑develop mid‑to‑long‑term product roadmaps, conduct rigorous investment analyses, and shape strategic partnerships across industry, government, and academia to accelerate product evolution within the division. As an all‑around athlete, you’ll toggle between deep‑dive analyses and executive‑level synthesis, tackling ambiguous, cross‑functional programs that drive high‑stakes decisions for the portfolio.

This role is a great fit for individuals in strategy and finance roles who are looking to pivot into more product‑focused spaces. You’ll have direct exposure to high‑stakes decisions, strategic projects, and visibility with executive leadership inside the division and across the company as a key part of one of Mission Technologies’ most strategic initiatives.
