Third Party Risk Management Lead

Position: Coast Capital Third Party Risk Management Lead
Enhance supplier governance as Coast Capital’s Third Party Risk Management Lead. In this hybrid role, coordinate key risk assessments and contribute to sustainable financial practices.

The 6-month fixed-term position focuses on administering the Third Party Risk Management program while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will closely work with teams like Operational Risk and Information Security to assess vendor risks and mitigate potential issues. The role allows for significant remote work flexibility along with occasional office meetings in Surrey, BC or Toronto, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Third Party Risk Management program initiatives

• Conduct and validate vendor risk assessments

• Facilitate due diligence and risk approvals

• Maintain comprehensive vendor risk documentation

• Monitor suppliers throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Risk Management, or similar

• 4–6+ years in risk management or related fields

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement
