Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, its agentic AI assistant for travel. You will own the customer-facing conversational agent end to end, shaping flows and interfaces with partner design teams and our in-house designers.
Day-to-day includes road mapping for chat/voice, partnering with enterprise clients, and hands-on design in Figma—plus prototyping with AI tools and defining quality standards across the product.
