• As part of the Customer Service and Solutions team, you proactively build a network across the Liebherr Group and engage with internal stakeholders, sales organizations, service teams and product experts to understand market needs and customer challenges
• You identify unmet customer needs, business opportunities and value creation potential along the product lifecycle
• You conduct market and customer intelligence activities by collecting, consolidating and structuring qualitative and quantitative information from various internal sources
• You analyze customer pain points and operational challenges and translate them into actionable insights for new Aftermarket Products
• You support the development of value propositions for future service offerings
• You collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Sales and Customer Service teams to validate opportunities and define commercialization strategies
• You prepare management presentations and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making

• You have completed or are about to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• You are curious and passionate about understanding customer needs, market dynamics and business opportunities
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy transforming information into actionable insights
• You are confident in approaching people, building trust and establishing professional relationships across different cultures and functions
• You have a structured and entrepreneurial mindset and are able to work independently
• You enjoy working in an international and technical environment
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are considered an advantage
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
