Client Advisor

Overview

Marsh McLennan is hiring a Construction Client Advisor based in Texas. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence at least three days per week.

• Lead advisory on medium‑sized, less complex books of business.
• Understand clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs; provide tailored advice.
• Use risk expertise to review exposures, loss experience, and develop solutions for standard client needs.
• Assist in presentations to prospective clients; develop/suggest innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; serve as primary point of contact for day‑to‑day service needs.
• Maintain quality in all client deliverables, monitoring delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of changing market conditions and contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge within the product line through active internal communication.

• 5+ years of industry experience, focused on construction.
• P&C license or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to build strong relationships and resonate with internal colleagues, clients, and carriers.
• Self‑starter with resourcefulness and the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm.

Hybrid work includes flexibility of remote work and the collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office.
