Mattel is seeking a traveling Live Events Associate to support the Day Out With Thomas touring program across the United States and Canada. You will manage site planning, marketing collaboration, and on-site operations for 25+ events annually, traveling up to 15 events each year with durations of 4–16 days.
You will coordinate with partner railroads, oversee retail setup and asset management, and drive enhancements to consumer engagement while reporting results to the team.
