Where You’ll WorkThis position will be based in our Lenexa, KS office. We observe a hybrid working model that consists of three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll DoThis role will support the development and delivery of educational content across the Pediatric Learning Solutions (PLS) product portfolio, ensuring product materials and internal systems remain accurate, current, and well organized. The position will assist with product development, documentation, and quality assurance efforts that enhance the learning experience for participants, while contributing to a collaborative, detail-oriented team focused on delivering high-quality educational resources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and update participant-facing materials, internal systems, and product-related web content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Ensure supporting resources (e.g., curricula, instructor guides, product portfolios) are properly versioned, stored, and aligned with current offerings.
- Help coordinate updates to product key messaging, ensuring alignment across platforms and teams.
- Serve as product program manager, tracking products through the product development process, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are completed.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and user experience reviews of PLS products, providing feedback and documenting findings.
- Manage multiple product-related tasks simultaneously, adjusting timelines and priorities in collaboration with the PLS team.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the PLS team, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and document management.
- Assist with survey and data collection tools (e.g., Qualtrics), including survey creation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support cross-team communications and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education via college coursework or business school is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of personal computer applications & HTML preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Pro
- Minimum of three years of experience managing small projects and/or processes preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in basic website maintenance preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in marketing support preferred
- Written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min:$48,000 Max: $88,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
