The HR Audit & Compliance Analyst supports accurate, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery across employee, non-employee, Workday, audit, and operational governance processes. This role manages HR operations casework, maintains the HR Operations Compliance Checklist, supports recurring audit and control activities, and partners across HR, Payroll, HR Technology, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Benefits, IT, and business teams to resolve issues, strengthen data integrity, and reduce operational risk.

What

You’ll Do
  • HR Service Delivery and Case Management
    • Manage HR operations requests and inquiries with timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution.
    • Process casework related to system access, HR policy questions, employment verifications, legal name and address changes, contingent and vendor worker updates, delegations, terminations, equipment returns, and remote work requests.
    • Support employee and manager inquiries related to Workday access, Career Hub, certifications and licenses, time‑off policy questions, questionnaires, employment posters, and employee data updates.
    • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established procedures, job aids, and service standards.
  • Workday Transactions and Operational Support
    • Complete routine and non‑routine Workday transactions with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
    • Support Workday access and login issue resolution for employees, new hires, external agents, and vendor users.
    • Process worker record updates, including legal name changes, rehire eligibility updates, and related employee or non‑employee data changes.
    • Maintain and improve Workday request intake forms, workflows, help text, and operational tools to streamline service delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Audit, Compliance, and Governance
    • Manage the HR Operations Compliance Checklist, including ownership, due dates, status, completion tracking, supporting evidence, and follow‑up on overdue or at‑risk items.
    • Coordinate recurring HR Operations audit and compliance activities, including FRRM, SOC, Workers’ Compensation, E&Y, MAR, Direct Sales, CHRO annual survey, ACA/1095, OFCCP self‑identification, employment poster, certification and license, executive agreement, census file, corporate insurance, and year‑end reporting activities.
    • Monitor recurring data governance controls, including vendor worker expirations, inactive workers and suppliers, duplicate records, personal email validation, location and worker type alignment, Workday security roles, and Salesforce queue compliance.
    • Support OIG, SAM/GSA, and OFAC screening governance by tracking reviews, documenting completion, following up on exceptions, and maintaining evidence of resolution or escalation.
    • Maintain organized audit documentation, procedures, job aids, evidence files, exception logs, and remediation tracking for internal reviews, external audit requests, and leadership reporting.
    • Partner with process owners and cross‑functional stakeholders to clarify ownership, resolve exceptions, document corrective actions, and ensure compliance activities are completed on schedule.
  • Vendor Worker and Data Governance Support
    • Maintain contingent worker and vendor worker data integrity, including IDs, names, locations, reporting relationships, contract status, worker type, and supplier information.
    • Review non‑employee audit reports, identify data exceptions, and coordinate resolution of expired contracts, inactive records, duplicate workers, supplier issues, and location or organization mismatches.
    • Partner with leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve governance issues and process contract updates or terminations in Workday.
    • Support contingent workforce compliance oversight, including supplier screening, background check, attestation, and periodic audit follow‑up.
  • Process Improvement and Operational Health Support
    • Support operational health reviews by triaging failed reports, integrations, dashboards, and other tools for resolution, improvement, or retirement.
    • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements, standardization opportunities, self‑service enhancements, and control improvements.
