Role Description The Webinar Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in NY, Texas, Boston, Atlanta or Miami, FL, with flexibility to work from home for portions of the schedule. This role oversees the planning, production, and delivery of live and recorded webinars that teach producers how to apply the MEASURE method and other Academy content. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing webinar topics and curricula with subject matter experts, creating run-of-show documents, coordinating presenters and panelists, and managing webinar platforms and technical logistics.

The Webinar Director will monitor registrations and attendance, optimize audience engagement through interactive features, and ensure high-quality audio, video, and visual materials. This role also analyzes performance metrics, recommends improvements, collaborates with marketing to promote events, and maintains a content calendar aligned with Academy goals.

Qualifications

• Content and program development skills, including experience designing educational or training sessions, structuring learning objectives, and creating presenter materials or scripts.
• Webinar and event production skills, such as proficiency with common webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Go To Webinar , Teams), managing live broadcasts, and coordinating technical setup and troubleshooting.
• Communication and facilitation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, comfort speaking or moderating in front of virtual audiences, and the ability to engage participants through Q&A and interactive tools.
• Organizational and project management skills, including maintaining detailed timelines, juggling multiple events, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data and analytics skills, with the ability to track attendance, engagement, and feedback, and to translate these metrics into actionable improvements for future webinars.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including working closely with risk management experts, marketing teams, and leadership to align webinar content with business objectives.
• Familiarity with insurance, risk management, or professional training environments is highly beneficial, and prior experience in producer education or advisory-focused sales is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Marketing, Education, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience, along with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid role.
