Clipboard Health, a remote-first healthcare marketplace, is hiring a Sales Commission Analyst to own the accuracy and clarity of commission payouts. You will pull data, validate revenue, and translate complex comp plans into auditable calculations while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Rev Ops.
You will build dashboards and tools for transparent, self-service commission tracking and communicate payout details clearly to reps. 0–2 years FP&A/operations experience preferred.
