Description

Creativity. Innovation. A desire to effect positive change. That’s what it takes to work at Fuss & O’Neill – because that’s what we do for the communities in which we work: we create, innovate, and design long-lasting improvements that improve quality of life. Quality of life is also important on the job, so we’ve prioritized work‑life balance by offering flexible/remote work opportunities, part‑time benefits, and generous PTO.

We believe that each day is an opportunity to support one another, to support our clients, and to support our communities. If you feel the same, then you’ve found your future.

Fuss & O'Neill's Manufacturing Solutions team is seeking a hands‑on Industrial Services Specialist to help manufacturers throughout New England create safer, more efficient production environments. Working with a diverse range of manufacturing clients, you'll combine both hands‑on and field experience to solve complex machinery safety challenges. Whether evaluating existing equipment, assisting with the design of innovative safeguarding solutions, commissioning safety systems, or collaborating directly with client teams, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee safety, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

This position is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys balancing design, hands‑on implementation, problem‑solving, and client partnership while helping shape safer workplaces across the manufacturing industry.
