Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 2, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting supply chain management and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support project management processes including tracking goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets.
• Develop and document business processes, work breakdown structures, and project communications.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and monitor expenditures against budgets.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles and tools like Visio.

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, preferably with green or yellow belt certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or a relevant field.
